A job services client management tool for an Australian provider of online employment services.
The brief
The client asked me to redesign its job services client management tool. The framework behind it lets developers build scalable interfaces without writing any new styles.
My role
I was the only UI developer, working remotely with a Ruby development team. When the client took the project in-house, I kept supporting it for several months.
How it was built
Hundreds of people use the tool every day. It is partly based on Bootstrap, with a custom framework on top for forms, labels, flags, filters, popup menus, colour schemes and other UI elements.
Forms were the biggest part of the work: the system has about 20 complex forms.
