UX design for New Zealand's national COVID-19 vaccination booking service.
The context
Book My Vaccine was the national online booking service for COVID-19 vaccinations. More than 6 million appointments were booked through it.
It sat inside a wider set of connected services, including My Covid Record, which issued vaccine passes.
My role
I was UX design lead for Book My Vaccine at Health New Zealand, working with the product team and delivery partners.
