I work on AI in websites and services, and on making information findable and useful, whether someone is searching a website, asking an AI assistant or using an internal knowledge tool.

Since November 2025 I've led the findability practice at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment: on-site search across its websites, how their content shows up in Google and AI assistants, and the information architecture under both.

Before that I was UX design lead at Health New Zealand. I started as a front-end developer more than 15 years ago, and I still build small AI applications, like the AI assistant on this site.

The areas I work in: getting AI into everyday use, implementing AI features, smarter site search and showing up in AI answers. Expertise has the work behind each one.
